Dr. Apagodu is a faculty in the Mathematics Department at Century College in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Before joining Century College, he held a position of associate Professor of Mathematics at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he taught for 18 years. He earned his  Ph.D. in Mathematics from Rutgers University, New Jersey, in 2006. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Mathematics from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia; and an Advanced Diploma from Trieste, Italy. Dr Apagodu  also spent a semester as a research fellow at Ilmenau Technical University, Germany. Dr Apagodu with more than 20 years of teaching experience ,he has authored several research articles in his area of research in Mathematics and is the co-author of the Apagodu-Zeilberger Algorithm, which is widely used across multiple fields.
