Teaching, research and advising experiences for over 23 years at the Department of Biological Sciences, Salisbury University, Maryland.  Previous research and teaching experiences at Chadron State College, Oklahoma State University, Bishoftu Agricultural Research Center, and Haramaya University.  Research and publication on Soil and agricultural management for economic and environmental quality benefits.  Active member and supporter of OSA. Served on OSA executive committee at different capacities for many years. Currently serving as OSA Treasurer.
